Do you do ALL of my laundry?
Yes, all of it, from socks to suits. We wash your everyday clothes (socks, casual shirts, etc) using a "wetclean" process just like you do in your own home. We also Dry Clean your more formal clothes, and formally launder and press your dress shirts. You decide when you set up your account what items are processed which way, or we process them via the least expensive (to you) method.
How do you charge?
The average american per a recent Proctor and Gamble study produces 9.6 pounds of personal laundry per week. Our price includes picking up your laundry at your residence, place of business or work, or even your hotel if that’s where you’re staying, sorting it by family member then sorting it by color, temperature, light weight and so on, washing it, drying it, hanging everything that should be hung – that’s a biggie for us, we don’t want our customers to have to go through their laundry and have to hang shirts that should have been hung in the first place – why put creases in your newly laundered shirts – doesn’t make sense!. We then place the folded clothes in the hamper that we provide each member of your family if you decide to sign up with us on a regular basis, and re-sort and label the hanging garments, again for each member of your family. We then deliver it back to your residence, business or hotel. So now, when dad comes home, he can grab his hanging garments and hamper and proceed to his closet and simply hang and drop his clothes off. Same with mom and the same with the kiddo’s if they’re old enough.
We also pick up and deliver any dry cleaning, alterations or even shoe repair you may have. That’s about it – it’s that simple – you hardly even have to think about it. If you sign for our weekly service, you’ll just place the items out for us on your predetermined pickup day and we bring them back two business days later

Do you iron the clothes?
Some items we have to but our processes have been carefully worked so that all clothes are pulled from the dryer within a minute or two. Some clothes need to be hung up and hit with a big commercial steamer.
Do you charge extra for hangers?
No, we want to be all about convenience to you. Now, we have found that some customers don’t want our hangers but would rather we used the thicker ones that they have invested in that help keep the creases from forming in the shoulder area when hung for an extended period of time.
Are there any minimum charges?
Just one. Each hamper (bongo bag) that we pick up will have a minimum charge of 10lbs times our price per pound.
So where are you located?:
We’re located wherever our customers need us! We’re mobile! We pick up at home, work, your hotel, wherever and whenever you need us -- we can arrange to be there for you. We have developed partnerships with some of the finest laundromats and dry cleaners in the area. However, to ensure we do everything right and make sure our customers get the best service possible, we’ve chosen to hire our own employee’s. We have trained our own attendants to sort, wash and hang your clothes the best way possible. We employ our own drivers and we have an operations manager for your route whose sole job is to check and double check for high quality and high service. And the best thing about your dry cleaning needs is that we can provide all these extra conveniences and quality services for at least 10% less than what Pilgrims and MW cleaners charges because we don’t have all the overhead that they do.
My child needs hypo-allergenic detergent. Do you offer that?
You bet we offer it. We have many customers that request hypo-allergenic products and we have our employees mark those clothes with a bright red label as soon as it’s received. We also have these clothes checked by 2 different employees when ready to actually add the detergent or fabric softener.
Okay, sounds great, what do I do?
oFor your first time, please call us at 713-LAUNDRY to set up an account. We'll need your credit card information which will be billed upon service and we'll need to know how you like your formally laundered shirts finished (light, medium, heavy starch). On your scheduled day, you can just leave your laundry out for us in shopping bags to pick up. If it’s already sorted, great! If not, we’ll sort as best we can and then next time you can use our Bongo hampers. We'll return your laundry on hangers and folded items in your hamper.
